No use is authorized until TokyoStreetView has confirmed the applicable licence in writing.

6. YouTube and Embedded Content
Some Videos on this website are displayed through the official YouTube embedded player.
Viewing, linking to, or sharing content through functions provided by YouTube does not transfer ownership of the underlying Video or grant permission to download, edit, re-upload, redistribute, or commercially reuse it.
YouTube interface elements, branding, advertising, recommendations, software, and other platform content belong to YouTube, Google, or the relevant rights holders.
Use of YouTube is also subject to YouTube’s own terms, policies, and technical conditions.
TokyoStreetView is not responsible for platform changes, restrictions, advertising, recommendations, account requirements, data processing, or service interruptions controlled by YouTube or Google.
7. Twitch and Other Third-Party Services
The website may include Twitch content, map services, embedded media, external links, or other third-party resources.
These services are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical requirements.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks, software, interfaces, map data, advertising, recommendations, and other materials remain the property or responsibility of their respective owners or providers.

8. Open-Source Software, Maps, and Third-Party Technology
The TokyoStreetView website uses open-source software and third-party technologies to provide certain website features.
The interactive map currently uses MapLibre GL JS, an open-source map-rendering library. MapLibre GL JS and other open-source components remain subject to the copyright notices, licence terms, conditions, and disclaimers issued by their respective authors and contributors.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of open-source software to TokyoStreetView or restricts rights granted directly under an applicable open-source licence.
The interactive map also uses imagery, map tiles, geographic resources, or related services supplied by Esri and may include information or imagery originating from additional third-party providers.
Map imagery, tiles, geographic data, software, fonts, trademarks, service names, and attribution notices remain subject to the rights, licences, terms, and requirements of their respective owners and providers.
TokyoStreetView does not claim ownership of MapLibre GL JS, Esri imagery, third-party map data, open-source software, Google Fonts, or other externally supplied technology merely because it is used or displayed on the website.
Required copyright, provider, and attribution information may be displayed on or near the interactive map or elsewhere on the website.
Users must not remove, obscure, alter, disable, or interfere with any copyright, attribution, trademark, licence, or ownership notice displayed on the website or interactive map.
Use of third-party map imagery, geographic resources, software, fonts, or other services outside the TokyoStreetView website may require separate permission or compliance with the relevant provider’s terms and licences.
Any licence granted by TokyoStreetView covers only rights owned or controlled by TokyoStreetView. It does not grant rights in map imagery, map data, open-source software, fonts, platform technology, or other third-party material.
Additional information is provided on the Open-Source and Third-Party Notices page.
9. External Links
The website may include links to external websites and services.
These links are provided for convenience and reference only.
A link does not automatically mean that TokyoStreetView endorses, sponsors, controls, approves, or is responsible for the external website, organization, content, product, service, or privacy practice.
External websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.
